The Moat: Trojan Horse Acquisition
Most POS software tries to sell to the owner directly (slow cycles, rigid contracts). La Comanda targets the Waiters as our primary distribution channel. Waiters download the free app, create a digital menu during the bus ride safely, and demonstrate to their boss that night on the floor how fast they just serviced 15 tables automatically. The waitstaff effectively sells the tool upward to the Owner.
